Request optional Salt, Flower Extract, Essential Oil, or Any Combination of add-ons to enhance your experience. Our most popular add on, Fire & Ice Therapy, is a must try for rapid recovery and healing!
Cold therapy
Re-Charge and invigorate your body, mind, and spirit with our world class Cold Therapy. Your own personal ice bath spa awaits. We prepare the ice, and give you access to the entire facility. No set up. No clean up. Plus, you can take your journey to the next level with our unique Jet Ice Tub! ***We only allow un-supervised cold therapy with experienced members.

Enjoy our private studio environment for a transformational mediation experience. With customizable lighting, sounds, and visual effects. Listen to a recorded mediation, attend a live guided session, or simply take advantage of the stillness and calmness of the space with a practice of your own!

From yoga mats to squat racks, we’ve got you covered. Access to our world class facility, clean and reliable equipment, and our private showers are included. You can plug and play music from a phone or music player, or simply choose from one of our studio themes to personalize your experience.
